Maenad & the Ravers is a Hong Kong duo formed by Cecilia Nox and MingEvilUndead, taking their name from the frenzied female followers of Dionysus in Greek mythology. Their sound moves across post-punk, darkwave, dream pop, and psychedelic rock, draped in a gothic pagan aesthetic. The band is known for immersive live performances filled with incense, flowers, and droning guitar feedback.
